How it works

From review URL to Google response channel in three steps.

1

Tell us about the review

Paste the review URL, add any evidence (emails, chat screenshots, receipts). Takes two minutes.

2

We build the strongest submission

ReviewStrike analyzes the review against Google's policies and drafts a submission that maps directly to the exact policy it violates.

3

We file it and track the result

We submit on your behalf and monitor Google's response channel. You get updates in your dashboard and by email.

Step 1 — Tell us about the review

You sign up with just your email and a password. You add your business once (name, website, country, and optionally your Google Business Profile). Then you paste the URL of the review you want removed, describe the situation in a sentence or two, and upload any evidence you have. That could be emails, chat screenshots, booking records, receipts, or anything else that proves the review violates Google’s policies.

The whole form takes about two minutes. Your business details are saved, so any future cases you submit only need the review URL and evidence.

Step 2 — We build the strongest submission

Our system analyzes the review text against Google’s published Prohibited and Restricted Content policies. It identifies which policy category the review most likely violates (fake engagement, harassment, doxxing, conflict of interest, off-topic, illegal content, etc.) and drafts a submission that maps the review’s exact wording to that specific policy clause.

This is the step that matters most. Google’s moderation is triggered by clear policy language — not by emotional appeals. A submission that says “the reviewer was never a customer and the review violates the Fake Engagement clause” will outperform “we worked so hard and this review is so unfair” every single time.

Step 3 — We file it and track the result

Once you pay, we file the submission with Google on your behalf. You get a case reference in your dashboard within hours.

From that point we monitor the Gmail inbox connected to your Google Business Profile and parse Google’s response automatically. The moment Google replies — whether that’s “removed”, “we need more info”, or “we’re keeping it up” — your dashboard updates and you get an email.

What happens if Google says no?

You have three options: walk away (you’ve only paid for one attempt), escalate for $199 (we re-draft with stronger legal framing and resubmit), or take a 50% credit toward a future case.

What ReviewStrike will NOT do

  • We will not contact the reviewer directly
  • We will not write fake positive reviews to bury the bad one
  • We will not impersonate you or anyone else
  • We will not try to remove legitimate negative reviews from real customers
  • We will not promise outcomes we cannot deliver
