Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ReviewStrike (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated at reviewstrike.co. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ReviewStrike is a software service that assists business owners in submitting formal policy-violation complaints to Google regarding reviews on their Google Business Profile. We draft submissions, file them on your behalf, and track Google’s response.
We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We do not guarantee that any particular review will be removed by Google. Google retains sole discretion over whether to remove a review.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and either the owner of the business in question or an authorised representative. By creating an account, you confirm you have the right to submit review-removal requests for the businesses you add.
3. Fees and payment
Case submissions are $99 USD per case. Monitoring is $49 USD per month per business. Escalation is $199 USD per case. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By making a payment, you authorise us to charge the amount shown at checkout.
4. Refund policy
The $99 case fee pays for the analysis, drafting, and formal filing of a policy-violation submission with Google. Once we file the submission, the service has been delivered and the fee is earned in full. Refunds are available only in the following narrow circumstances:
- We fail to file the submission with Google within 5 business days of receiving full payment AND all evidence required to prepare the submission.
- The case is rejected by us at intake for reasons we cannot work around (which is extremely rare — our senior reviewers find a removal angle for almost every case).
Google’s final decision on whether to remove a review is entirely outside our control. A decision by Google to decline removal is not grounds for a refund. If Google declines, you may escalate the case for $199 (a second submission with stronger framing by a senior reviewer) or walk away without further charge. Chargebacks or disputes filed for cases we have filed may be contested with evidence of service delivery.
Subscription fees for monitoring are non-refundable for the current billing period but can be cancelled at any time to stop future charges.
5. Evidence and content
You retain ownership of any evidence or content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to use that content solely to prepare, lodge, and support your submission to Google. You warrant that any content you upload is truthful, is your own or you have permission to use it, and does not violate any third party’s rights.
6. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use ReviewStrike to: submit false or fabricated evidence; harass, identify, or retaliate against any reviewer; circumvent or attempt to manipulate Google’s systems in ways that would violate their Terms of Service; or use our service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse any case at our sole discretion.
7. No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee that any review will be removed. Removal is determined solely by Google. Our service is to prepare and file the strongest possible submission — not to guarantee any specific outcome. Historical success rates are not a prediction of future results.
8. Account termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, submit fraudulent evidence, or use the service in bad faith. We will not refund fees for cases that have already been lodged.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewStrike’s total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
