What happens if Google refuses?
Google’s first response isn’t always their last — if they decline, you can escalate for $199. Our escalation path uses stronger legal framing and a senior reviewer, and reverses a significant share of first-round declines. The original case fee pays for the first submission, which we always lodge.

Once we file the submission, the work is delivered and the fee is earned — regardless of Google’s final decision, which is out of our hands. Refunds are available only in the rare case where we fail to file within 5 business days of receiving full payment and evidence. If Google ultimately declines, you can escalate for $199 or walk away — but the original case fee is non-refundable post-filing.
